How to make a fringe border for a crochet rug

This tutorial shows how to add a fringe border to a crocheted rug. In this tutorial I am demonstrating on an overlay mosaic crocheted project, however you can add this fringe to any crocheted rug. The pattern in the tutorial is my Filigree Stitches patten which is available in both daisyknots shop and Ravelry Store.
