Message for danny: I have been going through a lot recently like my dad committing suicide and me harming myself. My dad had a lot of health problems that past on to me. -ADHD -OCD -Autism -Depression -anxiety -Bipolar I felt like having all of these things made me feel different, after watching your videos, I noticed that it's not just me that had a lot of trauma and mental illness. i literally gasped when i saw your comment. Idk what to say except that sucks. my dad didnt commit but i had something just as traumatic happen when i was nine when my dad died right in front of me in a roll over car accident in 2014 i also have adhd, depression, anxiety, and some other stuff I know things really suck right now but stay strong know that you are loved and are enough always. ive also delt with SH before and have how been clean for almost two years and my key is that when i get the urge to do so I blast my favorite songs on repeat. aka natewantstobattle,l inkin park, and atm Im obseesed with peirce the vei. wish i could give you a virtual hug 😭💜💜 🎼🎵🎶🎹

Please know; your dad isn't suffering anymore. He's at peace. I know it's hard to lose a loved one, and I cannot imagine what you must be going through both losing your dad and having to deal with the issues you have (I share a few dx with you). Please never lose hope, as hard as life can come down on you there's always going to be a reason to continue living- even if it's to honour his memory.
