Tried this recipe and the cookies were delicious. But I’m having a difficult time with removing the cut out shapes. I’ve tried both a well floured surface with/without parchment paper and I can get my cookies off of the surface as cleanly as you do. I had my dough sit in the fridge overnight. Do you have any tips? I’d like to keep making these but I’m really having a hard time with the dough. Thx. 😊
