It would be really cool if you could bring it to life. My idea: add two small magnets to each wing. Then place with snitch on a stable mount within a box container, place two more strong magnets on the table. this will keep the wings levitating. From the top you add two or one strong electromagnet that forces it to swing up and down with intervals and if you can control the forces you can control the speed and motion.
