Where do you pop the cheese knives and do you use tooth picks etc?

I love it I graduated as a chef 2023 and this video is amazing. It is helping me put the grazing table together for my church. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

I will be making charcuterie boards and I need some advice about them. I will also be making butcher boards. I'm not interested in making run-of-the-mill discount stuff. I will be making heirloom quality, unique boards. Is there a way to privately email? Thanks, Sam.

I doubt that you can make a charcuterie board that will stay fresh long enough to become an “heirloom.” 😉

Did anyone else catch her wiping the side of her nose with her right index finger and then grabbing the cheese with the same finger? 🤢 Always use gloves :)

Love your videos. Would love to see a more overhead shot of you placing the food so we can see how and where (deli meat for example). You do make it look easy and not so scary to try it. Thank you!

but how are you pricing it all = by product type + number of people + overhead (under US$150), etc. ?

Yum. It looks fantastic. I love the mint addition. Would I also eat a strawberry wrapped in a basil leaf? Yes. Yes I would.

Ooh… That sounds delicious! Would the basil hold up on the table for a couple of hours? I’d be concerned about wilting.

So what do you do when label on the charcuterie meats says keep refrigerated?
@altitudeiseverything31634 ай бұрын
It’s generally considered safe to leave deli meats out at room temperature for 2 hours. For longer events, you might consider putting out only 2/3 of the meat and refrigerating the rest until the board/table needs to be restocked.

@@autumnraynor653 OMG I MEANT 150 people. Costco pack of cherries grapes and blueberries two brie soft, one huge log of cheese to cube, celery pack, carrot pack, tiny pepper pack. i peeled baby tangerine oranges things too. 2 costco packs of procuto and I cut them smaller to make them go further.
@s.kaibernard6 ай бұрын
costco bag of pepperoni, ranch hummas and nuttella. a box of costco artesen crackers with like 4 kinds of crackers. chocolate mint balls, igot rice crispy treats too and cubed them LOL! everyone thought it was gourmet - cost about 250-300 ish bucks. got small jams from Ralphs and olives too.
@altitudeiseverything31634 ай бұрын
One thought… Unless you know all your guests very well -well enough to know their dietary needs and restrictions- it’s thoughtful to include a gluten-free option in the cracker selections. Otherwise, great video! Thank you!

This may seem silly, but where do you put the knives for the Brie and Boursin? This always stumps me when I’m making a board 😂
