That is how Turkish coffee is cooked. The little pot is called a cezve in Turkish and it is used in making Greek coffee and Arabic coffee too. I love Turkish coffee. So much better than "American" coffee :) But I have never heard anyone cooking normal coffee with this cooking style. It may taste better. I will definitely try it. Thanks, Alan

Shalom Alan Horvath what great video i myself im a coffee lover since i was 7yrs old ,i put it on my rice, i dunk my cookies etc 4 or 5 cups a day i drink . That's it! Wow! I think this is amazing about you Profesor Alan; no thing is too simple not to be worth sharing if is a good thing! I love that about you! I just shared a post similar to this about 2 weeks ago for my daughter on Facebook. Even though that's the only way I make my coffee I learned something new from your video today. Wow! Did you ever try it with the foam and with honey or sugar but no milk? I am curious if you would like it. In Romania that was the only way we made our coffee when I was young. But we only let it raise 2 or 3 times and let it settle. We would then scoop the foam and put it in the cup and then carefully pour the coffee on top of the foam in the cup. Some like it black, some with sugar, some with honey, some with coconut cream and cinamon. I even heard an Erythrean saying that they also boil a bit of ginger along with it. Coffee used to be the first thing on my mind every night (eager for the morning coffee) and morning, but thanks to you , now is YHWH our Elohim. "Let your hands hit the sky before your feet hit the floor" you said. And now I do that and enjoy my coffee even more! Thank you!

Great way to make.yumm delicious coffee!!! Thank you for showing step by step :) and I love your retro fridge too! My daughter and son in law got a retro little.trailer.to tske my granddaughter to hospital by ocean. My son in law.completely restored it to.what it was original. They had to sell it and have to buy a bigger one as my granddaughter needs her equipment way more space. She has cp. So family of 4 and all.4 have to fit :). I'll.have to send them.this video. I use a french press which is very similar. The foam is from the gas coming off. The freshest coffee has the most foam. I roast my own raw coffee beans which creates the freshest and smoothest. Real coffee drinkers do not add cream, milk, or some sweetener (sugar, honey) as this takes away the real coffee tastes.

Hi Alan, I am new to watching your videos on the word of our Elohim and have had an urge from within about one of your earlier videos about the rapture 7 years ago I believe and couldn't comment on it because the comments were disabled for the video, anyway I was reminded of Luke. Ch 17, verse 34 - 37 from the Amplified Holy Bible and would love to hear what you think about this. I could be wrong but it seems to me that our Messiah is saying when he comes in the 2nd coming that the non believers will be taken and the believers will be left, I am not as far in my journey in the word as you and would love to hear what you have to say about this, sorry I realise this has nothing to do with coffee ☕ peace and wholeness my friend, Tony.
