Now that Verne is gone I feel it's appropriate to say this. He committed suicide by drinking and he talked about being self-conscious of his body and self-image. In other words, he just wished the world saw him as a fucking man, not "adorable mini me". I'm sorry to be so harsh but please remember he was a human being and there's many out there that wish they could get respect simply because they were taller, thinner, more able etc.

If you add frozen bananas it’s perfect try to do water instead of milk and no cilantro it gives it a weird taste and you won’t like specially because you are just starting try green juices and fruit smoothies but for the smoothies make sure the fruit it’s frozen it makes a huge difference and love your videos💕
