Charlie, I've made your pizza at least five times. This recipe is what I make in bulk. I assemble the pizzas with toppings on cardboard rounds, lined with freezer paper. Then, I wrap each pizza in plastic and freeze, for up to three months. They don't last that long before somebody in this house wants one. lol Our family enjoys Charlie Andrews' pizza all the time. Hey Charlie ❤️ You’ve given me an idea for my birthday meal! I was going to throw down but I changed my mind now. TIP: Roll your dough up on your rolling pin. Place it on the edge of the pizza pan and roll it over the pan. Spread it to the edges. Less handling keeps the dough from tears. Thanks for this ☺️.

I made your pepperoni pizza and i finally got it the right size and the bottom brown I usually have these two inch thick pizzas I still wish I could make the crust have that flavor pizzerias have any ideas but thanks I been making pizza for the last two weeks so happy I found your recipe

When you let that dough age, the flavor intensifies. I know that from experience. Age the dough for about two days in the refrigerator and cook as you desire. The flavor will differ from freshly prepared dough.
