How to make a Supreme Pizza from scratch

I made this 2 days ago...the best pizza ever! The crust was a pan style golden crispy on the bottom, not soggy. I added jalapenos and mushrooms and fresh mozzarella instead of grated. It was better than my favorite pizza place. I froze the leftovers for 2 more dinners...to be heated up in air fryer...thank you! Best step by step directions...flavor!

OK I need to give you a hug, I was never comfortable thinking i could do pizza dough from scratch,, but your videos are so detailed, precise and easy to follow, You take the time to walk us novices through each step till the end.. Charlie! I tried this recipe. Supreme pizza is my fav too. The dough I made turned out nice soft and crunchy. I used a mixture( all I had) was some 00 tipo fine flour and some bread flour. I only had 3 cups and it was a bit sticky so I added a bit of semolina flour. To get it unsticky I put some oil in my hands and did some “slap and folds” for the dough and proofed it the same time here. Mann! And that buttery garlic sets the tone for the whole pizza. I almost ate the whole 🍕. Ain’t gon lie. I got 4 slices left. The wait was worth it! ❤ thank u so much for sharing this Charlie! This helped me improve patience for cooking with pizza dough. 😊

I think you'd be a great teacher, but it all depends on what your calling in life is. I am looking for a recipe, it's called a Milky Way cake. All I remember of it is that it takes 5 or 6 Milky Way candy bars melted down in a double boiler, after that, I don't remember anything. My grandmother used to make this, and she never wrote down the recipe. Do you have a recipe? I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance. Also, I really appreciate your cleanliness and neatness in your kitchen and your cooking techniques. Hey Charlie! Your pizza crust recipe is the bomb! We loved it. Have you ever tried par-baking the crust for 5 minutes before adding the toppings? I think I'm going to try that next time. The cheese starting browning quickly so I covered it with tin foil, but I think par-baking would solve the issue. Keep Cooking!

Hi Charlie. What is the difference in a Kitchen Aid mixer, and the mixer that you have. I'm looking into purchasing one.

Both mixers come with the paddle, whisk and dough hook attachments BUT my mixer is more powerful. The body of my mixer is durable plastic. The kitchen aid is all metal plus it has more attachments than the the original three I comes with. Those must be purchased separately. Even though my mixer doesn't have the extra attachments the kitchen aid does, it works really good.

It is possible but I think it's best to form the crust first then freeze it!

Hi Charlie! ...I made this pizza and boy was it ever delicious!!! One thing I will do next time that I make it is add a little more sauce to my crust. By the way, did you know that there is now a pizza yeast that does not require rising time? That is what I used and it was fantastic.....love your videos....keep them coming, OK?

That's a good idea but I didn't want to take any shortcuts when making this recipe! Oh okay cool. Well you can add the pizza crust yeast anytime you want now. I buy the plastic wrap from walmart. You don't have to use it if you don't want to. Just make sure you lightly flour the surface of your table! Thanks!
