I wonder if your strap that go’s around the pipe, if it held pipe tighter against die. It would bend without marks or flat spot

Awesome piece of hardware, and much appreciate your sharing, of your tips & tricks, my only wonder is where the jack is mounted to the pipe bending tooling, on the edge of the Stand up plate for the jack, and if it's casted out of different kinds of metal it could crack, shatter the small sharp fragments easier, because the pressure on the downward force isn't centralized, at the top it is, but the bottom is slightly off center. Now if the force nessesary to bend the types of tubing your using is a lot less than what the jack is capable of then No worries. I only ask cause I jacked a girlfriends car up with a similar jack that had Cast wheels on it (which I assumed would have been machined out of Cold Steel) but it seems that all these jacks, lifts etc. are made in a country, I won't mention, either way one wheel Shattered dumped the car on the ground and Thank the Lord I wasn't under the car at the time, I could have Crushed for a second time.(unrelated work neglegentces, no Accident straight up neglegentces) I just mentioned for this reason, I would be heart broken to hear that someone was injuried. Especially the fellow making and Sharing his Craft. What would I be able to watch at 3-4 am, before work. Thanks Y'all. Enjoy a beautiful day. Luv Andrew T

Addressing the jack mount problem, Using a 6 or 8mm steel plate between the jack base and spigot would distribute the load and take the pressure off the single bolt through the jack base. Simple and easy addition

A machining job for the die will set you back a couple of hundred euros in most european countries. Plus all the other bits and the hours you put in.. perhaps it's more convenient to buy a JD2 bender or some other semi-decent model

Jack wont like being upside down. He could increase the distance of from where the jack attaches to the bender but then he would have to raise where it attaches at the top.

A 3 quarter ALUMINUM EMT tubing bender at home Depot cost $52 dlls tax included less cheaper than the 1 this guy made. Also The Home Chepot 1 can do different offset. I will say no gracias comrade! Wait just found 1 at my local swapmeet for $7 bucks!

Throw a piece of 3/4" DOM 1/8" wall in your emt/conduit bender and see what happens when you try to bend it. That's what the bender in this video is built for.
