I make this stainless pipe bender because some of you requested to me to make this bender. and making this bender is hard because the stainless pipe is not like ordinary metal pipe that easily to bend.

Ratchet mechanism is best for this bender and ratchet tools is good but i need a heavy duty ratchet tools to drive this bender but i don't have so for now I'm using this manual L shape tools :)

Yes, that would definitely save time and headache not having to remove replace while bending a tube.

Btw even if you already heave one, heavy duty ratchet.. it needs to redesign your drive size. You can easily using hand ratchet heavy duty with 1.5" to 2" which can solve it. But you need to redesign your wheel bender drive

Also I LOVE the fact that you got around paying the ridiculous amount for those dies, they are some greedy losers that charge that much, obviously a diy guy is buying or building a bender because having it done isn’t a possibility with his budget, and they should realize that I’d they cut their margins on dies that they would triple sales on the factory made benders! And then you come along and make a work around 😁 thanks for the inspiration and your hard work and sharing with us Sir, mucho appreciated!

Cool! But, this pipe bending tool is for one diameter, 22.5 mm... and 1~ 1.8mm thickness, but! You can make custom exhaust pipes for motorcycles. Buy, or borrow an example one, and make some copies! Sell them, make some $$$ Profit! ))) Good luck to you! Great job

Nice! Got to be a way to bend stainless steel with out kinks and flattening. Ive came very close. Mild steel tube bends alot easier than stainless. Very frustrating
