+livelife365 mike foster. eat more salt. dont be on a low sodium diet. you need salt. salt is sodium chloride and that breaks down into hydrochloric acid in your stomach which is essential for digesting. if u dont eat a fair amount of salt than u will begin to have some digestive problems. remember being to alkaline is BAD FOR YOU. your acidity lvl should be low as 1-3. the higher it is the more alkaline. just wanted to let u know because i noticed u dont put salt in your food.

Oh my God Mike I have got to add this to one of my meat free days it looks absolutely gorgeous and for me definitely pepper over salt I only use salt in very very small quantities and it's always cracked sea salt or other low sodium cracked salt 👍👍🥔🥔🥚🥚🧀🧀

Hello Sound idea but I still have a problem with how much oil you use and the fried potatoes look anemic. If I do fried potatoes I want crispy fried not slightly fried. I think I would also have added the cheese to the eggs in the original pan then removed and put on the potatoes on the plate? Good vid though Andy C
