Only a few ingredients! Just add eggs to potatoes. It's so delicious! Easy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Hello Everyone ❤️️ Guys try this delicious, easy and quick breakfast recipe of fried potatoes. When you're craving diner-style breakfast potatoes, make these potatoes! This is now one of my easiest and yummiest potatoes recipe to go. Fried potatoes are very easy to make at home, require very few ingredients, and are a delicious breakfast side dish for practically any savory dish. Season with garlic, paprika, onion, cajun seasonings and serve with a couple of fried eggs for the complete breakfast or diner experience. Brunch goals at home! Literally make it for breakfast with friends and family and everyone will be happy 😃

Ingredients:
3 tbsp Olive oil
2 Potatoes
2 eggs
1 Shallot or 1 small Onion (optional)
Seasoning:
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Sweet paprika
1/2 tsp Herbs de Provence
1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
2 tsp chopped parsley, chives, or scallions (optional)

My version is so simple. Boil the potatoes in the afternoon, put 'em in the refrigerator overnight, and make home fries in the morning using real butter and 3 eggs scrambled. No onions or spices...just pepper and a tiny bit of salt. Add 10 or so Little Smokies on the side and some frozen cinnamon rolls and I'm a happy man. 😊 Been eating this since the ark ran aground!!
