But how to design a circuit which on normal condition it charges Battery ( which gets cutoff after full charge ) as well as it provides DC voltage 19.2V DC to laptop from Mains voltage. And Battery provides same 19.2 DC to the laptop manually ( with switch) when Input mains is not supplied.. please can you modifiy this circuit and make another project like this..

Hello , I am your regular viewer from Nepal. I would like to suggest you to make a device that switches between Adaptor of Router and 12V battery using 12v relay. It should provide power to the router from adaptor when line comes and from 12v battery when line goes.

Connect a 12v battery charger with battery and attach the router wires directly to the battery terminals. Don't use a heavy battery charger. Router powerbanks are also readily available which do the same thing.

Your battery bank watts is little less My hp x360 gets full charge in approx 45 mins . So 19.5v x 4ah x 0.8 = approx 65 watts But bms and battery protection will output only 80-90% So 120% watt of needed is 78 watts Yours is 72 watts Just u need one pack additional 12x 2a x 4 sets = 96 watts which will also allow to charge your mobile also but not 100% mobile will be just 70% charged approx from flat 1% lowbat status

Although with how beat up and corroded those cells are they would probably crash in 10 seconds if you applied a 5\A load. Then who knows about the blue cells. No capacity test, not even a timed discharge

@@ericklein5097 LOOK eric, lion cells are max 2A rated, when they get old, they can hold upto 9 amps. If you use old cells, then they are not reliable. New Cells cost in india, less than $1 approx 50-60 INR You need different power bank for different laptop.... so i made simple DC to AC Power Generator portable with old lion cells and car power inverter building this cost me Just INR 3500.00, may be if new cell then it would cost just double or more like INR 9000 approx, but its very good, TV, DISH sTBs, laptops can be easily charged with 230V AC Output.

@@simplydoing9596 I dont know what you are rambling about. Cells are not just "2A max, when they get old they can hold up to 9 amps" Absolutely incoherent. Amps is a power measurement given by the manufacturer as Continuous Discharge Rate. USE THE DATA SHEET You should derate them as they age as loss in capacity affects power output. Same goes for the rise in internal resistance. You dont just throw a random number out there. You apply a constant current load starting at 1A and go up in 0.5A increments. At some point you will find an amperage that causes significant voltage sag and heats the cell up so fast that it exceeds 60-70C by end of discharge. More than 0.4V drop from a full cell is my limit for voltage sag. I find that will coincide with a cell heating up far too fast. Derate the cell to the previous load amperage that had the cell at an acceptable temperature at the end of discharge. It also should have more than 80% of its nominal capacity(tested at a much lower amperage) at its highest discharge rate..
