Amazing work 0:59 wtf! A simple scissors can cut that hugh metal, i cant do it with bottom tuna can, i need to buy special metal cutter scissors 5:32 i use internet tv cable (directv, tivo, etc) instead of that and it works very well (50ohm too) and i wind the end of the cable forming spirals so as not to use a usb wifi adapter, I only detect the signal with the internal card of my pc, 6:38 i do not weld, I tighten the cable with a bolt and nut, there are things that are unnecessary but the result is more beautiful, i made a gun antenna, a riffle antenna and a yagi antenna, greetings overthere

There are many videos on this you can look around. Why is it so hard to believe, you already have a weird bar shaped antenna on your roof that can recieve TV signals from many km!!! Search disc yagi antenna and you'll see

This won't work very well, the driver element needs to be electrically isolated from the reflector. It is a short circuit !

To be honest i built this a year ago and it was working, but i agree with you that should be some more steps to isolate wire in center of cable...do you have any ideas for best solution i still have antena somewhere i think to test it...
