Back in the day they put bread crumbs & egg or rice in the meatloaf to help stretch it they, some say it's for binders. I don't use them either no need to 🤎👍🏽💙💚

I'm Not a pro cook, but I think some people use eggs and bread crumbs in there meat loaf is to make the meat very soft moist 😂 ??? More flavorful 😅😂😊❤❤❤

Sorry. You need to put the Fillers in it. Bread Crumbs soaked in milk or water or plain bread crumbs or Oats. Ritz crackers etc. Cause it makes the Meat loaf Light and Not Dense. What you made looks like a Big Meatball Shaped into a Loaf. Also 2 eggs. Sorry.
