Today I want to make some milk chocolate. Now, some of you may have seen my other video on making chocolate. This video is the spiritual successor to that video, and it’s actually going to make some aspects of the chocolate-making process a lot cheaper and easier. 3 oz (90 g) Milk Powder
3 oz (90 g) Cocao Butter
6 oz (180 g) Sugar (this may be a little too much, it was pretty sweet)
