Typically there is a print screen button on your keyboard. Click that and paste that into any program that allows photo pasting (like PowerPoint) and crop it and then save it :)

In your start menu search for the pre installed application called "snipping tool" if the system is newer you will also have one called "snip and sketch"

Yes! I would use mock up photos with the shirts and colors you plan to sell! Bella Canvas shirts are great quality and you can now get them at Michaels!
