Looks tasty. But I would cut the nectarines into thin slices rather than chunks. Then lay the slices in the pan in a circular, overlapping pattern. Very pretty!

+Vi Yin Wong I'd bet they would work well for this. If using apples though, I'd peel them first as the skin tends to get kind of tough and leathery after cooking. It would make a beautiful Fall dessert!
