If you cut the faux leather face down, would you mirror the design? I find faux leather leaves the furry residue behind on the mat, so I usually cut good side down.

Do you ever have trouble with the snap buttons? I cant seem to get mine to stay together on the long piece that connects on the outside. The 2nd one put together in the video. How do I fix this problem?

Hi, you can use just the E6000. I just used the hot glue to get the instant hold from it.

Hi, you can definitely cut faux leather using a joy. Just use a fine point blade.

Hi, I haven’t tried it but I believe you can using a pair of scissors. Maybe try using a pencil and trace the shapes of the file.
