Never saw this before. It's interesting but I'm staying with my technique It's been successful for many years. I will research this method more to see what I can find out in terms of molecular bonding of the soy sauce to the cast iron. Thanks for sharing.

I think carbon and polymer will stop iron from sticking. Even if you leave it for another year, it will not rust. I don't know the cause of this. If you can take a scientific approach, please tell me the cause.
