Planner struggle was an issue until I switched back to the system that has consistently worked for me. Back to half letter disc bound with dated monthly, notepaper, and undated weeklies. I have all my appts in one place and a space to write to dos. No blank page stress if I skip a week of planning. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for a great video. your videos are like a permission slip to skip on a big fancy planner and just get it down in an old notebook and stay on top of things. I LOVE IT. I do pretty it up, but that is for me.. :) Thank you again. Looking forward to a great year with you.. :) Monique

I just LOVE how simple you have made planning. It’s so stress free and lovely. My daughter and I absolutely love leftovers! My son does not at all. Meal prepping is hard. Kind of run out of ideas by the weekend 😂 payday for me is every 2 wks on Friday.

Thank you! Meal prepping can be a challenge. I try to make things in advance that can be reheated for leftovers. I love leftovers!😊😋

Love your simple method and layouts! I keep trying planners; however, I comeback to using just a notebook. I like that you can create just lists or layouts in a notebook. I prefer spiral because you can remove pages! I like simple, so just calendars, notebooks and index cards! Some KZbin channel videos for example Seaweed Kisses has a video about her pen and gear notebook, Planned by Jysla method of using a calendar and back of a receipt in her plan with Me and monthly reset videos. Also, index cards like in videos by Jennifer from the channel time & tide plans and My Craft Orchard channels! I also been watching health or wellness planner/journals which I saw from videos by thecoffeemonsterzco and tiffany's plans. So, love that you incorporate that into your notebook system.

Hi Cat!😊 Love this step by step guide to your notebook planning system! I love videos where we get to see the thought process behind the planner spread!😆 I do blue for January too! For me, January is winter and so I do blue because it’s a snowy, icy, wintery color to me! Sometimes meal planning is super easy for me and I’m just like got it and other times I stare at the paper and can’t figure out what to make! Ebbs and flows lol Thank you so much Cat, this was such a fun and insightful video! I hope you have an awesome week!!❤

I have an appointment book at work, and have found a similar style planning page set up works best at home. (Days across, times down.) I can see them in my head easier that way
@planningcalm19 сағат бұрын
I agree! It’s easier to visualize the day that way. 😊

Meal prep is a bit different because I am vegetarian and my husband definitely is not! But when I buy from Costco, I can make several freezer meals for nights when he works late or has club meetings. Usually we have leftovers on Monday night because we have Sunday dinner with our kids. So Monday is usually the easiest night!

Leftovers...for me, it depends on what it is. Some things are even better as Leftovers, and some are a definite NO
