How to make a Papua New Guinea 'Mumu' without digging a hole in the ground

This is a video about how to prepare food by heating and steaming using rocks. This is a popular Papua New Guinea way of preparing food varying from highlands to coast but the end product is pretty much the same. In this approach you are only using rocks and heat from firewood at base of the food wrap and glowing rocks on the top and sides. There is no hole dug in the ground.
