Pound Cake Batter
2 sticks of butter or margarine softened
2 1/2 cups of sugar
6 egg yolks
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 8oz container sour cream
1-3 teaspoon vanilla
Meringue
6 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
Filling: Peach Cobbler
29 oz canned peaches (drain the juice)
1/3cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tsp cinnamon powder
1 /2 stick of butter or margarine
A few sprinkles of nutmeg
A few sprinkles of Pumpkin Pie Spice
Pound Cake Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
A few sprinkles of cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
Garnish : glaze
Pie crust (Optional)
Caramel sauce
Follow the video for instructions on how to make the pound cake.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
