The first time I tried making fluffy sponge cake, it was so tough and dry!😂😂 I will definitely try this recipe, looks so delicious! 🤤

If it was tough, your eggs probably deflated either when you added in the flour or because they weren't whipped enough. And dry? A sponge cake is usually dry because it doesn't have any fat in it (it's optional like in the video but not the original recipe). So, you need to make it "absorb" syrup (most often simple syrup) and it's usually used for a layered cake, not a cake on its own if that makes sense. Once you get it though, it's easy to make 💜 good luck!

Try this oreo recipe! If not that's fine. What you need: A few oreos Some water One spoon Two plastic bags First, separate the oreo cookie from the cream with a spoon. Then, put the oreos in a plastic bag and put the cream in the other plastic bag and then crush up the oreos. Next add some water to the plastic bag of crushed oreo cookies and mix. Now, put the crushed oreo cookies mixed with water into a bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds. Lastly, take the microwaved crushed up oreo cookies mixed with water out the microwave and put the cream on top of it. (Putting the cream on it is optional!) Enjoy your delicous oreo cake!
