Nice! Many years ago, a pizza place did a BLT pizza- a hot BLT deep dished on a pizza crust with a mayonnaise and cheese topping. I never thought of doing it like this and looked too complicated as a pizza. Thanks! The only thing warm was the bacon and the mayo/cheese stuck under the broiler. The BLT pizza was awesome cold the next day, too. 👍❤ What a great idea for a sandwich roll!

That BLT pizza was probably a big seller. My friend said that in Minnesota the pickle pizza is a big thing. I had never heard of it. lol Hugs!

Good Day Rosie. A lot of the Pizza shops by me make their sandwich rolls with the pizza dough. They don't fold it over like you did but it's popular. I suppose that it's also cheaper. I do the same when I make a homemade pizza with the leftover dough. I'm sure I've shared the pictures with you ☺️. Maybe not the sandwiches but for sure you have seen my pizzas.
