I'd like to thank everyone who has supported me on this journey, starting off with Uncle Rico who's been ever so supportive! As I was visiting my parents' for the weekend, I watched this video with my mother yet she did not share my joyous feelings. However, she did say that persistence and hard work leads to results! And most of all, thank you Grego for making such cracking vids. The first video I saw was your jelly one and I've watched every video you've made since. Funny story how I came about your channel. Believe it or not, I'm half Australian (I'm a refugee and my family fled to Switzerland, too hot in Sydney) and one day I fancied getting some jelly for myself. I had never bought a packet of jelly powder so I wanted to see how it's done first. I first searched "how to make jelly" but the videos I saw were a load of cobblers. So I added "Australian" into the search bar because I needed a proper bloke to show me. Most watched channel now is this one. Finally, I'll end by saying I'm the one nutter in Switzerland who would beg a KZbin chef to cook such a recipe. Believe me, the Swiss are a very respectable people. Visit us some time, we sure wouldn't mind you spending some money! This is Greg's Kitchen's No. 1 Fan... Signing Out

Hi Grego, Luca here. I am giving you a recipe that me and my mum Jane both like to make. It's a Gluten Free Hedgehog Slice. Me and Tommy my twin brother have it for lunch to school and the holiday programs also on Sundays if I go to Yooralla on the 2nd Sunday. You will need: 125g butter chopped 3 quarters of a cup caster sugar 1 third of a cup of cocoa powder 1 egg lightly beaten 200g packets of Gluten Free tea biscuits crumbled 3 quarters of a cup chopped pecans also good with Macadamia and Brazil nuts or a combination of whatever you have 2 thirds of a cup desiccated coconut Topping 150g dark chocolate melted Method: Put some butter in a big square tray with some baking paper, allowing it to overhang over two edges of the pan Place butter, sugar and cocoa in a medium saucepan over a low heat, stirring occasionally until butter and sugar are melted. Remove from heat allow to cool a little and then whisk in the egg. Mix together biscuits, nuts and coconut in a large bowl. Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuit mixture, mix well. Press into the prepared pan. Use the mug with the Pyrex logo and put the chocolate and put in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then stir it check if it's ready then put into another 30 or 40 seconds until it is melted. Drizzle chocolate over top of the slice. Drop it a couple of times on a flat surface not the floor a couple of times then Cover and put into refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Remove slice by lifting with extended paper lining. Cut into pieces once chocolate has softened a little (otherwise it wil crack). That is how you make it. From Luca P.S Keep doing your funny videos and reviews of fast food and you like every fast food chain like me Red Rooster. I like Red Rooster too Greg!

You're going to _love it!_ The secret is in using the Hawaiian Luau cooking style with hot stones and banana leaves, along with Texas style seasonings and Shiner Bock beer! (It will take me a while to get 'er done though. I smashed my typing finger in the microwave door making Mug Pizza, and it's real sore.)

Plz make this plz: NGREDIENTS ½ cup (100g) sugar 4 tablespoons golden syrup or honey 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda (AKA bicarb of soda) NOT BAKING POWDER (crush any lumps in the bicarb with a spoon)METHOD 1. First, prepare your tray. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, or grease a marble surface with flavorless oil (like I did in the video)2. READ FULLY THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE COOKING YOUR CARAMEL: Place the pot on the heat with the sugar and golden syrup(or honey) and let the mixture first melt, then turn to goo. Turn up the heat to medium and let the it simmer until the color of maple syrup -THIS TAKES 3 MINUTES, SET A TIMER!!! take care not to over cook. 3. Turn Off the heat, and get prepared with your whisk and spatula because the next step happens really fast. Whisk in the bicarbonate of soda , fast and stand back and watch the syrup turn into a whooshing cloud of aerated pale gold. Quickly stop whisking and use your spatula to pour this immediately onto a piece of baking parchment or greased surface or a silpat .4. Leave until set cold and then bash at it, so that it splinters into many glinting pieces. To wash your pot fill it with hot water and let it sit and it will melt away. 5. To make a Crunchie bar: Melt good quality chocolate. Dip your broken honeycomb in the chocolate using a fork. Take out and let excess chocolate drip off. Place on a wire wrack to set.
