So kind of you to share this video. Making a mini album can be intimidating for those of us who are beginers. Also, all these tips, about using wisely the papers and making the most out of them, are very important, because in some countries - like Greece where I live - G45 collections are quite expensive to buy. Thank you Clare!

Love it & thanks for showing us how you did it. One of the ladies I watch on her, Jen of Eve Designs, uses the score tape & then runs a glue stick over the tape so it gives her the wiggle room like the glue. I've tried it & it does work. I just have a hard time remembering to do it. Happy creating, Linda

Love this tutorial Clare, very precise and at a perfect pace. Thanks so much for sharing this "basic" with us. I do have 2 questions, where do you get the black craft tape you used on the pages and what is the difference between the card paper you use for the cover and cardstock?) I am in the USA. Thanks!

You do such beautiful work, and you are so gracious to share with all of us. May I ask, what is the difference between card stock and card? Thank you, Valeri :)

What is the difference between CARD and CARDSTOCK?
@tishakennell32467 жыл бұрын
Oh thank goodness I'm not the only one who's wondering that! ^_^"
@sharongeorge40967 жыл бұрын
tisha kinnell I wonder if it refers to the weight of the paper. Most cardstock is 85 pound or 100 pound and then they have a thinner card stock that is 65 pound I tend to use that for wrapping chipboard because it doesn't tear out as easily. here in the US I can get one from Neenah in their astrobrights line right at Wal-Mart. the only problem is that it only comes 8.5 inches by 11 inches not available in 12 by 12

I'm sorry for thanking you so late. I made the mistake of taking the notification through Google+ and it wouldn't let me reply!! Anyway now it makes sense. Yes I've heard of Neenah cardstock 65 pound! Ok Thank you so much. Wal-Mart really? Awesome! I'll have to look.because 8x11 is still handy. Thanks again.

skrapbuker oh you are great!! I was totally looking up the wrong kinds of tapes as I did not know this existed!! thank you. I thought on her website as well but being in the USA shipping was very expensive if I lived in the UK I would totally order it directly from her.

Sharon George I first searched construction tape but of course came up with those yellow tape like police tape. LOL Then I searched for black paper tape. Now that I know what to look for, hoping to find at a store locally.
