I was makin pom poms with my cubs tonight and most of them mentioned the disc method and I had no idea what they were talking about. this has cleared a lot up of me 😂 next time I will make 20 of these as it looks a lot easier than the way I did it

Worked great!! I did however you a piece of contrasting colored yarn for the center piece, it made it easier to keep it from getting mixed up when I was wrapping the yarn around the disc.

Okay, figured it out, depending on the thickness of your yarn and size of your cardboard wheel as well as your fingers fitting determines how many times I wrap the yarn

Hi, o.k. when I do my pom poms, and tie it tight. The middle strings pull out easy, why is that? I purchased a glue gun but it's kind of hard to find the right glue that will melt down through all the strains of yarn. What can I do to keep the middle strains from pulling out???

Doris Leyba I just put the wool or yarn around untill it looks thick but you could do it for as much as you want
