this looks great, thank you for sharing this recipe! my country doesn't sell burdock or konnyaku, but i made this following online recipes before, and added black salsify instead. its flavor is kind of sweet, but it turned out ok

Either is OK! But we usually eat it with rice or other dishes! Sometimes we eat it outside, like when we go skiing:) Thank you for watching!
