You know what - they did! Darn it 😂 It should be benefit on the side and cost down the bottom. Luckily an easy change for those playing along at home 🙂 This gives us Must Haves with low cost and high benefit.

Great example! Only one thing is not covered. What if two features have the same cost and benefits?

Oh great question. In that case we can look at additional, less tangible ways to prioritize, e.g. which one is faster to deliver? Are there any cross-market benefits with other products or departments? Any improved brand awareness? Improved customer reviews? Improved ease of use, or ease of manufacture? Or, the Product Owner or Sponsor may just like one better than another 😁
