Such a tasty, healthy, and most importantly quick soup, a frequent guest on our table. Children love this chicken soup. Ingredients:
Chicken bouillon
Cabbage
Potatoes
Onion
Garlic
Carrot
Celery
Italian herbs (oregano, thyme, basil)

When the broth is ready, I will cut the white onion into small cubes, it is better to cut the onion as finely as possible so that it does not end up in the soup.
Add a little sunflower oil to the saucepan and immediately add the onion to fry. While the onion is fried, I will begin to cut the cabbage into small cubes or strips. Add half a teaspoon of salt and crush the cabbage a little so that it draws out its juice.
Immediately send it to the stewpan to the browned onion.
We fry vegetables at a low temperature, we do this so that we have the opportunity to do other vegetables. I will cut the celery into small cubes, add it as desired, celery has a specific taste and, as it seems to me, gives an incredible aroma to the soup, rub the garlic on a soapy grater.
The cabbage has significantly decreased in size, I add celery with garlic, as well as spices, Italian herbs and seasoning for chicken.
While the spices are opening, I will rub the potatoes, I do this so that the broth becomes thick. Grated potatoes will give a good base for the soup, the soup will be very thick and I will grate the carrots on a medium grater.
I send vegetables to a saucepan and add chicken broth. Cook on medium temperature, do not cover, about 30 minutes.
After 20 minutes, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Soy sauce can change the taste of the whole dish, if the sauce is salty then add less.
For a beautiful color, I decided to add parsley and dill. I clean the meat of the bones and send it to the soup. Taste the soup again and adjust it for spices. I bring the soup to a boil and remove it from the heat.
Homemade chicken broth is ready, I put it on plates and added sour cream.
