Ingredients:
(Yields 8-10 slices)
Crust:
200 g cold butter
260 g flour
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
About 50-70 ml ice water
Frangipane:
70 g soft butter
70 g sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg (medium)
2 tbsp flour
70 g ground almonds
Filling:
About 500 g nectarines (3-4 fruits), peaches, plums, or cherries
1 organic lemon
50 g brown sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
Bake the galette in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 40 to 45 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
