Ingredients: (Makes 12 large cinnamon rolls, baking dish 24cm x 34cm x 5.5cm)
Dough:
600g bread flour
50g sugar
1/2 cube (21g) fresh yeast
250ml milk (30-34°C)
150g pumpkin puree (Recipe: • Kürbispüree einfach se... )
pinch of salt
75g butter, soft
Filling:
150g butter, soft
100g sugar
3 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice and 2 tsp cinnamon or just cinnamon
Frosting:
175g cream cheese
100g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Extras:
150g pecans
some brown sugar
1 egg + 1 tbsp milk
Bake at 175°C for 35-40 minutes until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
