I have just started quilting and have been looking at tutorials on KZbin, but since finding your site, I have found you to be the best teacher I've seen! I love your positive "you can do it" attitude, and your explanations and camera close-ups are SO helpful! Thank you so much for offering these tutorials free for us newbies!! Since finding you on the web, I have placed several orders from your site and LOVE the quality of the products and the FAST service! Thank you!

I just started following you, Jenny, in 2020. You are the best teacher! I want to put a scalloped edge on a baby quilt I'm making! And here you are! Perfect! This video is 11 years old and it's so much fun to see you way back when. I can see the resemblance between you and Natalie! Thank you!

I thought scalloped edges would be beyond my ability as a beginner. Your video explains it so well that I think I will try it on my next project. Scalloped edges are no longer scary! Thank you so much!

I too LOVE your tutorials, your sense of humor and your teaching style! I got the featured template to make a scalloped edge on a baby quilt I recently finished and just about tore my hair out trying to get the MATH and the actual edge to match perfectly! I even cut the quilt down to make the math work; remeasured, deducted my 4 inches, used the booklet and STILL had to "adjust" my scallops. I finally made beautiful scallops! Now on to your continuous edge binding video to finish my quilt!

I love Jenny's tuturials. When I'm searching for instructions, I jump straight on hers first if I find a relevant one. The French sounded convincing enough to me, I'm Aussie haha. Lucky I checked this out before cutting any binding - I probably would have cut on the grain out of habit! Thanks for your contribution, I'll be watching this again and again to complete the binding of the quilt I'm making for my first child due Feb 2011 :-D

Jenny, This tutorial is wonderful. I was able to mark and cut the scallops without any problems. I used the continuous binding method and was able to attach the binding but had a difficult time finishing the ends. Is there a special trick, something different from finishing regular binding? It is probably just me. I will have to make another quilt and attempt the scallop edge again. Thank you for your teaching. I am addicted to your tutorials.
