Recipe
1 Large Yellow Onion (thinly sliced)
300gm chicken breast (cut into strips)
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
A dash of cayenne pepper
2 tbs worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrin Sauce)
1 handful of mozzarella cheese
1 wrap
Salt to taste
METHOD :
Heat the pan with 3 tbs oil. Fry the onions add some salt and let it cook until they slightly change color, then remove the onions and keep it aside. In a bowl add the chicken strips add in salt to taste, black pepper powder, garlic and ginger powder, also add in the cayenne pepper and the worcestershire sauce give it a good mix. Then in the same oil you fried the onions add in a little more oil and fry the marinated chicken until its cooked then flip it on the other side and let it cook When the chicken is cooked on both sides remove it and keep it aside.
To Assemble
Use 1 wrap add the fried onions in the center of the wrap then add in the chicken and top it up with the mozzarella cheese and fold it how you desire then heat the pan place the wrap on the pan for 2 minutes on each side. Remove it from the pan & enjoy this simple wrap.
