How to make a simple margherita pizza.
Ingredients
making the pizza sauce
four ripe large tomatoes
A large onion
four crushed garlic
dried oregano
Method
blend tomatoes in a blender
fry onion till brown
add blended tomatoes spices of your choice and some salt
add dried oregano and tomato paste
remove when a thick paste is acquired.
leave to cool.
For the Pizza
3 cups flour
5 gms instant yeast.
200ml warm water
a pinch of salt.
