Wow, I've wondered what to do with border fabrics, now I can try this! Wonderful idea indeed. The quilting on this looks great as well, never have tried a crosshatch as I had no idea how to accomplish it. Can't wait to try this idea. Thank you 🌺

Very cool. Why I never thought of this. Table runners are my favorite to make. I never consider border prints. I will now. Thank you 👍🏼

I have to get out of my cave more. Never heard of Boarder Fabric. What you show is beautiful. Next time I can make it to a fabric store(2 hours away) I’m definitely going to look for some. I also love your crosshatch. Thanks for sharing, you explain everything so well. Martina from Avon Park, Florida.

Perhaps something easier than a 2hr drive- look online for ordering! Although a drive time to get out of the cave sounds nice to😜 ❤️😀

I'm just wondering why you didn't just mark two lines and then use the quilting bar.

I find I get a bit of drift when I use the quilting bar.

Hi Mary, Katrina says that this is indeed to prevent drift and she finds she's more accurate when she's got the lines to follow.
