How to Make a Sinker/Changeup Dot Ball (Lower Efficiency)

Should we generate high spin rate for SSW sinker? Or slightly lower spin rate like pronating sinker?

Why were people telling me to make it spin completely opposite back then? Basically making the dot face the batter

They were likely trying to get you to pronate the pitch. This dot is designed to maximize seam shifted wake which actually requires you to "cut" the ball.
