I found it you take a ice pick, and poke a hole in the bottom! Make it come out much much easier > i use a wire cheese slicer, to cut into PERFECT SLICES ~ Looks good John YUM

Very original recipe. I must be honest To myself I enjoy spam even if it's not politically correct in some circles lol. Chef what can I substitute for horseradish cheese. Oh man, Chef~ I love Spam! I know.....I know, but I am not afraid to admit it. Spam can be very very very tasty as you have just demonstrated! I don't like any of the Spam's except the original one.....all the other varieties are, well, weak in whatever they are supposed to be. Except the low sodium or Less Salt one which should be labeled "absolutely no salt in here" :) You ever have a "Bloomin' Spam"? I love your beast of a sammich! At 6:27 pretty darn nice. 6:57 ....PLease send two sammies this way please! Yum!

Hey thanks, much appreciated! Bloomin Spam is essentially a take on the Bloomin Onion from The Outback Steak House. Just cross hatch slice the spam two thirds of the way down, drizzle your favorite BBQ sauce all over and between it and offset bbq it for 30 to 45 minutes. Once done the sauce should be dry/sticky. Peel off the Spam petals just like a bloomin onion and eat the meat!
