This one goes out to Nadine Levy Redzepi. My wife and I spent a summer in Copenhagen with Nadine and her family as our neighbors, and we'd make our way over to Nadine's and Rene's nearly every morning for breakfast (after they forced me to work out with them in the courtyard). My wife was pregnant at the time, and one of the things she fell in love with eating was Nadine's sticky-rice omelette. It was so simple but so delicious. Just little chunks of sticky rice fried crisp, then blanketed in egg. She'd serve it with a ginger-y chili sauce, and my wife would swoon. Fast-forward a few years later, and this is one of our daughter's favorite breakfasts. Our son, on the other hand, doesn't go for eggs. Still, a recipe that's 50% effective with kids is a huge win to me, especially when it's this easy.
