500g DK wool
Some waste yarn
Sewing scissors
Darning needle

Short & long cord circular thin needles- for the finishes
Elasticated thread
6 pegs
The Pattern
Size: Made to fit.
Put your machine in the P (panel) setting.
Crank anti clockwise until you arrive at the white tooth- cast on with some waste yarn- begin by hooking the wool under the white tooth, then place the wool behind the next tooth, under the next one, behind the following one, continue like this all the way around until you are unable to continue cranking.
Feed the wool through the slit and into the tension gauge, the middle one will be fine.
Reverse and crank clockwise.
Crank out 15 rows of waste yarn.
Add your working yarn and crank for 95 rows for a small, 105 for a medium and 115 for a large.
Re-add your waste yarn and crank for about 5 to 10 rows.
Cast off by taking the wool out of the tension gauge and out of the slit and pop the ball in the center and crank around twice.
Make 4 of these pieces- 2 will be the front of the torso and 2 will be the back of the torso.
To make the arm in a small, grab a bit of nail polish and work out where your 30th tooth is and paint a little bit of nail polish on it. For a medium and large paint you 35th tooth.
Cast on with your waste yarn up to the painted tooth but not under the painted tooth.
Feed the wool through the slit and into the tension gauge, the middle one will be fine.
2 or 3 stitches wont catch- this is normal.
Crank out 15 rows of waste yarn.
Add working yarn.
Crank for 90 rows.
Make 4 of these. 2 pieces will be 1 the arm.
Darn 2 pieces together to make one tube- which is arm one. Repeat.
Go back to your torso and darn 2 together. Then the other 2.
Put your 2 torso pieces together with the right sides facing each other and work out where you want your neck hole to be. Add some pegs to mark this point. (approx 17 stitches from the shoulder point to the beginning of the neck hole)
Carefully remove your waste yarn with our dropping any of the working yarn stitches.
Darn or crochet your shoulders together.
Pick up the neck stitches with your short cord circular needles and knit the 1 x 1 rib knit (k1, p1) for about 3 or 4 cm.
Cast off with elasticated thread.
Grab the arms and remove waste yarn and add working yarn onto your short cord circular needles. Knit 6 stitches and the 7th stitch knit 2 together until you have 48 stitches on your needles.
Introduce the 1 x 1 rib knit and knit for about 5 to 6 cm. Cast off with elasticated thread.
Line the seam of the arm up with the seam of the shoulder and sew down from the shoulder to the armpit.
Go back to the top of the shoulder and sew down the other side. Sew closed. Sew down from the armpit to the waste. Repeat on the other side.
Pick up the waist stitches and finish them off in a 1 x 1 and cast off with elasticated thread.
Tidy up loose ends.
