Would you have made it larger if you could do it over? I hear lots of people saying that after they make a table and enclosure. I just ordered my XXL today so I'd like to plan accordingly. Thanks for the video.

Ya I would make the table and box a bit bigger. Not by much but enough to get in and do maintenance on it would be nice.

Very nice. Going to have to make myself 1 when my Pro comes. Did the box aid in noise reduction much without dampening material?

Thanks! I found the box to be very helpful for dust collection by about 1000% and it reduces noise by about 70%. I can have the router on and cutting, and still hear my tv that is right on top of it. No drawback towards the material, except the fact that you can only use the stock table size to cut (you can’t put a board through the back of the shapeoko cutting space).

You should consider a spindle for the Pro. It will reduce noise by....well I will just post a link. A 1.5kw spindle will double your horse power and at least quadruple the torque.

Lots of air flow from the 2 vacuum hoses inside the box.
