How to make a TIGHT turning on a hill, busy traffic, no option to straddle lanes

I know this is completely unrelated. I know I worked at AW Jenkinsons. If it's not too much trouble I was wondering if u could let me know how the pay structure works. I can't find anything online. Also if u had to max your hours out during the week. Completely understand if u don't respond to this. Keep up the vids. I enjoy them very much

No one knows how the pay structure is worked out at Jenkies pal. I don't think even Jenkies know. Your pretty much unofficially on salary. I used to take home on average about £750 a week regardless of how many hours worked. I hear it has gone up now tho and lads are taking home about £800 to £820 a week. I have not worked there for over a year now tho, so I don't exactly know what the hours are like anymore, but yes when I was there I could max my hours out for sure, but I was a long distance man tho.

​@@paulthompson4154according to the website it's "excellent rates of pay" so I'm thinking maybe £60-£75K a year based on a 40 hour week.
