This isn't that much relevant to this video but even if it's a girl doing the sculpture and a man saying the steps,If it was a guy with painted nails it wouldn't be any different. It's not weird or anything it could be fashion and just coz a man has painted nails doesn't mean he could be gay. Anyways being gay isn't bad and the world should be more open abt this. you are so right and i have a experience with this too. i have a friend and one day he came to school with painted nails and told me that he was gay and ever since we have been even better friends because i like it when people are truthful to me so who cares if he is game he is just like you and me. i am glad we both think the same thing
