2 tubs mascarpone cheese/ 500g
1 tub fresh cream/250ml
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup strong black coffee
cocoa powder for dusting

Gawa can you advise please. You mention vanilla extract as an alternative but I know that all " extracts" are made from alcohol which is the only means to extract the flavour. Is there an alternative?

Vanilla essence or vanilla pod or you can leave it out.

I always just use vanilla essence but non Muslims prefer vanilla extract
