Yea! So glad I found this tutorial. I made one like this with no binding many years ago but I forgot how I did it! 😱. Thanks!

That is a clever way to create a segmented circle without a large (expensive!) quilter’s ruler! And the non- binding idea - yay!

Amazing tip re: sewing the raw top pieces on top of the batting - that was a real head scratcher for me before this! Thanks so much and Merry Christmas 🎁

Just a thought about the 'wasted " fabric. Couldn't you make Stockings with it? I'm making this pattern this weekend and I am going to try it.

Did you use larger pieces for the top and bottom layers? And then the 10 2.5” strips go between those?
@faithwerksdesigns61973 жыл бұрын
Yes, I believe it was 4 or 5 inches? It’s been a year lol so it was hard to remember but you could do any size you’d like.

Would this still work using 9 strips? Want to alternate colors for a candy cane effect.

I don't see why it shouldn't, give it a try and let me know how it goes!

How many triangles will I get from each strip set? So I need how many strip sets total?
@faithwerksdesigns619711 ай бұрын
I believe you get 4 out of each strip set but it also depends on how big or small you make them.

On the other side of the states, North East. Do I sound like I'm in the country lol That's what my husband always says lol

Found this so confusing. At no point did you say you had borders. Also, I wish you had cut a few more cuts for those of us who are geometrically challenged. My husband finally worked it out.
@faithwerksdesigns6197 Жыл бұрын
I'm glad he figured it out, the boarders were apart of the fabric strips and yes geometry is hard lol but if you look on your cutting mat and on your ruler there should be a way for you to see where to cut it.
