Thanks for sharing my dear. I have a question is it compulsory to put dawadawa seasoning? I make mine exactly this way but I have to add the dawadawa in there before it simmers. I feel like it won’t taste like zongo stew if it wasn’t in there. I made some last weekend and it was fantabulous 👌😍 also with the waakye leaves I grind mine into powder and use it. The leaves itself is very medicinal so it’s perfect to add into the rice for consumption instead of just using the liquid of the leaves!
