I never did any type of montage or smth similar with adobe etc. But after just watching montages and mixed with boredom, i started doing some for fun. And I have to say i love your videos your a big help for basically any person who wants to start editing montages. if your waveform is not that good , right click on audio and select convert audio to keyframe , a new layer will be created , press "u" and delete left and right channels , now select "both channel" make sure all keyframe are selected the cluick on graph , youll get a graph for the waveform and you can mark beats more accurately

Hey thanks, glad I could help! It really depends on the kind of videos you are trying to make. If youre going for efficiency and want to be pumping out content quickly and easily but dont necessarily need extreme control and access to more powerful effects then premiere pro is definitely better. However if it is an edit youre going to spend tens if not hundreds of hours on and want extreme control over every detail then after effects is better suited. Peronally I would say its best to use a combination of them both. Do the bulk of your editing in premiere pro and then turn certain clips in your sequence into after effects compositions if needed. I explained how use both programs together in this video at 08:45 - kzbin.info/www/bejne/hHrSdqp5ptCaqMU . However everything in this video can be easily recreated in premiere pro with no need for ae if you would prefer. Hope that helps

For Shadowplay I use a replay length of 1 minute at in game resolution in 60fps with a 70Mbps bitrate. For OBS I record at native resolution (in my case 2560x1440) at 60fps (or 120fps for cinematics) using the NVENC H.264 (new) encoder with a CBR of 70,000Kbps with the quality preset and high profile.

i would suggest you to keep recording @60fps because even if you manage storage and record @240 fps , sreaming platforms like Twitch , KZbin currently does not support fps above 60 as of now so if you are thinking of montages and uploads , 240 fps is useless for now
