AHH I JUST MADE MY VISION BOARD TOO!! I’m thinking of journaling, it’s hard to be super specific cuz there’s always the thought of “what if this is unattainable for me”. Idk I don’t wanna feel like this cuz I don’t wanna doubt myself. I’m really working towards self-confidence and certainty of my potential.

I feel this! I definitely felt a twinge of anxiety when she said to be very specific because none of the things I want seem attainable right now. I tend to aim very low when envisioning which is limiting lol and I'm trying to break out of that. I guess it's something that takes practice

I’ve experienced soooo much self doubt so I constantly have to be like “no girl, you can and you will!!” even though my mind is filled with a lot of negativity. Love the board and vibe you plan on having this year. So beautifully done!! My vision board this year is themed around colour and mood. Last year really kicked my Type A personality to the curb so this year, I want to focus on things that I can control I.e. my emotions. Even if I have spontaneous bursts, I still want to be able to reel myself back in to be happy and content.

I would try to edit yourself over the photo or crop it! Finding ambiguous photos I think can work too! Like I have a photo of a couple in the library but its shadowy so I can kind of pretend it's my husband and I without having to skew the photo lol.
